You will be required at the time of booking to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order, this ensures the date and time of your booking. You will be required to pay the total amount of your order in full BEFORE the day of your event. If you need to cancel please let One Red Elephant (Tracy Duncan 07525337598) know at the earliest opportunity so your deposit may be returned to you. If you are cancelling within 7 days of the event you may loose your deposit and still be required to pay the remainder of your order. One red elephant strives to leave customers happy with the whole service they receive, with this in mind One red elephant may be able to offer a new date at no extra cost.

For public health and safety One Red Elephant has current public liability insurance and can provide this certificate of cover upon request.
